The Oatmeal is a very common special ingredient that can be found in hoards. Its use as a recipe is only to make a Base Evobar. Oatmeal itself is a type of meal made from oats. In recipes it is sometimes used to replace oats themselves even though it's simply just a type of porridge. When used as a decoration it looks much more like a kitchen jar or to some it may look like a medicine container.
